Online Status Indicator

I just ask if you can add these 2 feature.
The server must create an icon without showing the email address.
Something like: udfuhodi92r928ef.jpg ( I don't like to show my address everywhere ... )
Also, it must be with a JPG extension ... now it's impossible to use in the signature of many forums.
They only allow JPGs and not dynamic ... and they can't find it it's a dynamic when it has a JPG ext :) ( I've already tried )
